How we brew

Why should you drink our beer ?

We are a regional brewery. This means you can get our beer only from us. Don't bother looking for us in supermarket or Liquor shops. If you buy a Flagon from us (by the way to a very competitive price) we expect you to drink this beer within the next days. Like this we don't have to pasteurise our beer, we don't have to add preservatives and you get the real flavour of a fresh beer. What you see is what you get .

Our beer is also made with 100 % pure malt (we don't add any sugar like big breweries do and that saves you money) and out of the best, carefully sourced raw materials.

Our ingredients are simple;

• Water
• Malt
• Hops
• Yeast

No Hangover?

We brew our beer like hundreds of years ago, (and yes , we brew after the German purity law, Reinheitsgebot from the year 1516, which is the oldest food law of the world ). This is also the reason, why you will not get a hangover from our beer (and you are welcome to challenge me on this at any given time).

We brew one batch at a time. In big breweries you can blend many tanks together, so that you can get a consistent quality. In our brewery every batch has to please the customer.

You also support a local business and make sure that the money that you spent with us will stay in the region, as we work only with local companies together .
