Brewhouse of the brewery in Japan . I worked here for two years and it was a very interesting time in our lives . The outside is copper ( and yes , we spent long hours on getting it shiny ) and inside stainless steel . The vat in front is the Whirlpool-kettle . The brew size was 14 hl or 1400 ltr per batch . 
Brewmaster at work . This is our Mash-Tun next to me . From the outside you can see the Kauri cladding , which gives the vats a really nice glow at night , when all the lights are on . Brew size for our plant is 16 hl .
